Yes, both, and we write each for its own readers. We do not run one through a translator.

No. Every text is written and edited by a person. Section 'How we use AI' on the Process page says exactly where tools are used (spell-check, keyword research) and where they are not.

A landing page: 5 working days. A single web page: 5. A five-email sequence: 7. The full table is on the Process page.

You mark it up and we rewrite, twice. If we have not started yet, you get a full refund. The rules are on the Refund page, in plain words.
