Every service has published prices on the Pricing page and in the cart. For work outside the packages, send a brief and we reply with a fixed price within one working day.

Net. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.

Polish VAT of 23% for customers in Poland and for EU consumers. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID pay 0% under the reverse-charge rule. Customers outside the EU are invoiced without Polish VAT.

No. The kick-off call is part of the job. The 45-minute call in the Copy audit is part of the audit price.

Often, yes. Tell us the date in the brief. If it needs a rush slot, that is +30% and agreed in writing. If we cannot meet it, we say so before you pay.

Saturdays 9:00-16:00 for calls and support. We do not work Sundays or Polish public holidays.

One consolidated set of comments from you, and our revised version. Changes inside the agreed scope are free within the round.

A third round is 20% of the package price. A change of brief (a different audience or offer) is a new job, and we quote it.

Yes. Each is written by a native speaker of that language. Order each language separately, or ask for both from the start.

No. Translation moves words across. Localisation writes the text again for the target reader. See the article 'Transcreation vs translation'.

No. If an office or court asks for a sworn translator, you need one. We do not provide certified translations.

By card at checkout. At the moment the checkout runs in test mode and no payment is taken. After you place an order we confirm it by email and issue an invoice.

Yes. Before work starts and more than 24 hours before the kick-off call, you get a full refund. After work starts, we refund the stages not yet delivered. Delivered drafts are not refundable. The Refund policy has the details.

Free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show: 50% of the audit price for a Copy audit, or 20% of the order value for a project kick-off.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. At checkout you can ask us to start work earlier; if the service is then fully delivered, the right ends. If it is only partly delivered, you pay for what was done. The Refund policy explains this.

No. Every text is written and edited by a person. We use software for spell-check, for keyword research and for reading long files you send us.

Not without your written permission. Your material is used for your job only.

Yes. It is your text once delivered. We only ask that you do not present it as ours if you have changed it.
