How a job runs.
Five steps, known timings, two revision rounds. Here is what happens and what we need from you.
The five steps
-
Brief
After checkout you get a short form: what you sell, who buys it, what should happen after someone reads the text, and links to anything we should see. Fifteen minutes.
You, 15 min
-
Kick-off call
A 30 to 45 minute call in your office hours or ours. We ask about your customers, your competitors, and what you cannot stand in other people's copy. We book it within one working day of your order.
Together, 30-45 min
-
Draft
We write. Turnaround depends on the package and is on the price row: from 3 working days for a campaign email to 18 for a full site. For interviews (case studies, whitepapers) we schedule those inside the timeline.
Studio, 3-18 working days
-
Two revision rounds
You mark up the draft in the Google Doc, in comments or suggestions. We revise within two working days. Then again. A third round costs 20% of the package price.
You, then studio, 2 working days each
-
Delivery
On approval, we send a Google Doc and a DOCX with the final text and any notes for the developer or designer. The invoice follows.
Studio, same day

How we use AI
Every text we deliver is written and edited by a person. We do not paste a machine draft and tidy it. We do use software for spell-checking, for keyword research and for reading long documents you send us. We do not put your confidential material into public tools without your permission. If you use AI in your own workflow, tell us, and we will write to fit it.
Questions about the process
Within our office hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00, Sat 9:00-16:00, Polish time. We offer three slots within one working day of your order.
Nothing breaks. Your timeline pauses until we hear from you. After 30 days of silence we close the job and tell you what has been delivered.
You do, once it is delivered and paid for. We keep no rights to reuse it. We may mention the job anonymously, by sector, in our work section, only with your permission.
Ready when you are.
