1. The short version.
Cancel free up to 24 hours before your kick-off call. After work starts, we refund what has not been delivered. Delivered drafts are not refundable. Consumers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, explained in section 6.

3. How work is divided into stages.
For refund purposes, a project has three stages: research and kick-off (20% of the order value), first draft (60%) and revisions with final delivery (20%). A stage counts as delivered when its result is sent to you.
4. Copy audit.
The Copy audit is a review. It is not refundable once the marked-up pages are delivered. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the call and before we start reading your pages, you get a full refund.
5. How to cancel.
Email support@cathycopywriter.com with your order reference (format CCW-YYMMDD-XXXX). We confirm within one working day. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, or by bank transfer, within 14 days of our confirmation.
6. Consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you are a Consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. The period runs from the day the contract is made. To withdraw, send a clear statement to support@cathycopywriter.com; you may use the model form, which we will send on request.
- If you ask us at checkout to start work before the 14 days end, and we start, you lose the right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed.
- If you withdraw after work has started, you pay for what has been done up to the moment you told us, in proportion to the full price.
- We refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement.
7. If something is wrong with the text.
Use your revision rounds first: they are included, and most problems are solved there. If the delivered text does not match the scope you ordered, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no charge or, if that is not possible, refund the affected part.
